Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A breath-led moving practice that builds heat and strength, then lets it go. Beginner options in every round and a long savasana at the end.
Explore Vinyasa FlowThanks for getting in touch with Saminaro. A teacher reads every message personally, and you can expect a reply within one business day during studio hours. If you wrote in on a Sunday evening, the answer will land on Monday morning.
Nothing complicated. We read, we reply and we hold your spot if you asked for one.
Priya or one of the teachers on shift reads every enquiry. Booking requests, injury questions and pass issues all land in the same place and get triaged the same morning.
Not an automated receipt. Usually within a business day, sometimes within an hour on a quiet weekday afternoon. If we need to check a timetable or a diary, it takes a bit longer and we will tell you.
If you asked for a specific class or date, we hold that mat for you until we confirm. If the slot is already gone, we will offer the closest alternative rather than a waiting list that never moves.
If you would rather not sit on your hands until we reply, there is plenty to read on the site. The pricing page covers every pass we run, and the about page explains who is actually teaching your class.
For anything more urgent, ring the studio on the number in the header. Somebody is at the desk most days between 6am and 9pm.
Casual, ten-class and unlimited options, plus the slower practice passes for yin and meditation.

Read our storyIf your enquiry was open-ended and you are still deciding, these two pages break down exactly what each class involves.

Long floor holds with bolsters doing the work, a candlelit room and a guided meditation at the close. Booked out most cold evenings.
Explore the slow practiceIf your question is urgent, or you wrote to us outside studio hours and cannot wait, Viber and WhatsApp reach the same phone behind reception. Somebody on shift usually looks at it within a couple of hours.
For health information, injuries or anything medical, please stick to email or speak to a teacher directly. Those messages should not travel over a chat app.
If you would rather introduce yourself in person before we reply, walk in during reception hours. Ground floor, between a coffee cart and a bike rack, with the buzzer for evening classes after 8pm.
